Four political parties have expressed their concern over the political situation and security violations in Galmudug areas, as a result of the excessive forces deployed to Dhusamareeb, the capital of Galmudug state.

The joint parties Wadajir party, Ilays party, National progressive party and peace party stated in a press release that the new deployment troops to Dhusamareb would led to insecurity in Galmudug, noting that Dhusamareeb is one of the safest areas in the country.

The parties have called the implementation of all agreements reached between the Federal government and Ahlu Sunna to end the formation of an inclusive Galmudug state, to bring the reconciliation conference to success and to wait for the Hobyo conference.

Somali federal government have yesterday deployed troops deployed to Dhuusamareeb to take control of the centres recently occupied by the Federal government, such as Shirekole, which is set to accommodate delegates attending the conference.

Meanwhile, Ahlu Sunnah has before rejected the plan to deploy federal government troops to Dhusamareeb, warning of the consequences of the deployment.
