President Farmaajo on his way to Bosaso Town
Federal Somali president Mohamed Abdullahi Farmaajo is on his way today to Bosaso, a coastal town on the Gulf of Aden in Puntland state.
Yesterday president Farmaajo with delegates left Garowe town and reached Qardo, 240km south of Basaso town.
The president met with the local people and the traditional elders in the area located on the high way between Garowe and Basaso towns.
Security is said to be very tight in Bosaso town, capital of Bari region where the president is expected to arrive in the coming hours.
President Farmajo who is in his first official visit in Puntland state since he was elected in February 2017 has entered his 5th day in the region and is expected to travel to Galmudug state in the coming days.
