Prime Minister Hamza inspects new government facility nearing completion

GOOBJOOG NEWS|MOGADISHU: The Prime Minister of the Federal Government of Somalia HE Hamza Abdi Barre and the outgoing Prime Minister HE Mohamed Hussein Roble have on Tuesday inspected the new Government Headquarters and the Prime Minister’s Office which is in the final stages of completion.

The Qatari-funded construction of the center, located in the former Warta Nabada party headquarters, includes the Prime Minister’s Office, the Government House, the Prime Minister’s residence, a guest house and a mosque.

During the site visit, the outgoing Prime Minister and engineers briefed the new Prime Minister on the progress made in the construction of the newly built facility.

Prime Minister Hamse Abdi Barre thanked everyone who contributed to the construction of the center, which is crucial to the smooth running of government services to the Somali community.
