Puntland health minister lays foundation stone of MCH in Taleh

Health minister of the semi-autonomous regional state of Puntland, Anisa Abdukadir Muunin has laid the foundation stone for the construction of a new M.C.H centre in Taleh town of Sool region.

The health minister said that her ministry would make sure all corners of the region receive medical services by implementing health projects that will go a long way to help alleviate the distress of the population.

She said that the area residents had approached and informed him that Taleh town’s women were suffering from lack of a health institution in their area and had to travel to other towns for delivery of their babies.

The residents of the town hailed the minister for her swift action in addressing health issues of the populace.
