Qoryooley district hospital shuts up

Reports from Lower Shabelle region confirm that Qoryooley district hospital was closed up due to lack of medicine and other medical equipments.

Mohamed hajji Osman, Qoryooley district commissioner, told goobjoog FM on Friday they closed off the district hospital as a result of medicine run out.

“There are no medical facilities in the district, the situation of the people is terrorising one, the health workers who were volunteers have stop their work due to lack of medicine” the DC said.

Lastly Mr. Mohamed has called the government of Somalia, well-wishers and humanitarian organizations to react and the fill the medical gaps in the district.
