Daynile school manager killed in IED attack in Mogadishu

GOOBJOOG NEWS/MOGADISHU: An IED attack has claimed the life of Daynile district school manager Dahir Hassan Tohow (Dahir Digdigle), this morning in Mogadishu’s Daynile district.

Dahir Hassan Tohow, who was also one of the prominent intellectuals in Daynile district of Benadir region was killed on the spot when the vehicle he was in exploded in the district’s Bangala neighborhood.

Witnesses said that security forces arrived at the scene, removed the body and conducted a brief search although no one has been arrested so far in connection with the killing of the Daynile school manager.

Digdigle’s killing follows a series of assasinations in the Mogadishu capital, with no end in sight as terrorist groups continue to claim responsibility every time such an attack occurs.
