The administration of Wadajir district has said that the security of the district is progressing after security crackdown.
Several soldiers reportedly killed by unidentified gunmen in the district in the last few months.
Wadajir district commissioner, Ahmed Abdulle Afrah speaking to Goobjoog News said that his administration put more efforts to restore peace and security which led fruitful results.
“There is security progress made after our soldiers in collaboration with the public managed to carry out several operations to track down number of criminals who were intending to violate the security of the district” the DC said.
He added that they erected several police checkpoints around the district which led the crimes to decline.
Finally, Mr. Farah called upon the public to collaborate with the police as to maintain law and order.
