SNA Refutes Claims That Force Commander Was Detained By Kenya

Spokesmand for the Somali National Army (SNA) Col. Jama Musa denied reports that the Army commander was arrested by Kenya’s AMISOM troops.

“The commander is not arrested, Kenyan troops are part of AMISOM and they are here to help us, I can tell you that these reports are pure lies” says the spokesman.

The spokesman also told Goobjoog News that they are engaged their fight against Alshabab who he said upped their attacks on the government positions in Gedo.

Reports have surfaced yesterday that the commander of Somali National Army in Gedo was detained by AMISOM troops there.
