There has been a change of the police and security forces in the Benadir region as well as the leadership of the  National Intelligence Security Agency (NISA)

The NISA armed forces have joined the Police, and NISA Director Saadaq Omar Hassan has been appointed as the new police commander of Banadir region.

Also, the police commander in Benadir regional police General Maalim was also appointed as the commander of the traffic police.

The NISA composed of intelligence is the news part of the security improvements by the federal government of Somalia, according to military officials.

Recently, Mogadishu has taken over all the forces called stabilization in the capital, following a civil war.
