Three killed in head-on-collision in Puntland

GOOBJOOG NEWS|BARI: Three people have been confirmed dead while an unknown number sustained serious injuries after two vehicles ferrying passengers collided head-on between Dalweyn and Juriile in Puntland.

The three victims were said to be all women, with two of them having boarded a vehicle from Bosaso, while the third one was in a van coming from Dhahar. It is not yet known how many people were in the two vehicles.

Puntland authorities have not yet commented on the incident which happened in an area that has witnessed frequent accidents caused by bad roads.
