Three regional leaders reach Mogadishu to attend consultative meeting

With calls to attend consultative conference scheduled to take place in Mogadishu as to establish the roadmap for the 2016 elections three regional leaders arrived in the Somali capital Saturday.
Leaders of South-west, Jubbaland and  Puntland semiotonomous region are in Mogadishu.

The regional presidents and officials from their government are pouring into the capital city of Somalia as to have political consultation with the federal government of Somalia.

This development comes two  days after Interim Jubba Administration declared that it will host the consultative conference next week in Kismayo to establish the roadmap for the 2016 elections despite earlier reports it would be held in Mogadishu.

The second vice president of IJA, Abdikadir Hajji Mohamed said that Jubbaland will host consultative national conference which will be attended by leaders of Somali government and federal states.

“The conference to discuss the country’s future will take place from 19th to 21st this month in the administrative capital of Jubbaland, Kismayo town” said Hajji.
