Villa Somalia Chief of Staff visits National University

GOOBJOOG NEWS | MOGADISHU: Villa Somalia Chief of Staff Dr. Hussein Sheikh Mohamud today visited the Somali National University campus in Mogadishu.

The visit is aimed at encouraging students at the University and identifying ways of improving facilities at the institution which is the only public institution of free higher learning.

Addressing students in their final year of studies, Dr. Hussein urged them to work hard in their studies saying they are beneficiaries of taxes collected from the Somali people.

He also held a meeting with the president of the university Dr. Hassan Mahadallah who shared with him his vision for the university in churning out professionals with the knowledge to address the challenges facing Somalia.
