Dowladda Uganda  oo internet bilaash ah ka hirgelinaysa caasimadda Kampalla

Dadka ku nool magaalada kampala ee dalka Uganda ayaa heli doona internet bilaasha ah laga bilaabo maanta oo sabti ah.

Mr Frank Tumwebaze, wasiirka warfaafinta, ICT-da iyo isgaarsiinta dowladda Uganda oo lahadlay saxaafadda ayaa yiri “ waxaan keeni doonaa internet bilaash ah intau dhexeaysa 6Pm -6AM maalmaha isbuuca, adeegan wi-Fi  ayaa ahaan doona mid bilaash ah maanta oo sabti ah 3 PM ilaa isniinta 6 AM. Ayuu hadalkiisa ku daray wasiirka.

Waxa uu intaa raaciyay in adseegan wifi lasiin doono maamulka wadoyinka iyo goobaha dalxiiska ee Kampalla maalinta axadda islamarkaana ay ka faaiidaysan doona maalinta oo dhan adeegan internetka ee bilaashka ah.

“Helitaanka internetka ma ahan keiya raaxo, laakiin waxa u lagama maarmaan u yahay dhammaan muwaadiniinta Uganda. Qeybta ICT-da waa in ay noqotaa mid isbeedel u keenta dalka” ayuu yiri Mr Tumwebaze.

Waxa uu sheegay in hirgelintaan internetka bilaashka ah ay suurta gal ka dhigtay ka dib maalgashi lagu sameeyay kaabayaasha laf dhabarka u ah qaranka.

Dhankakale Dr james Saka, agaasimaha fulinta ee NITA ayaa sheegay in adeegan ay la wadaagi doonaan hayadaha dowlada iyo dadwaynahaba. Haddana waxa  uu noqon doonaa 2 megabit second kiiba.

Waxa uu sheegay in ay jiri doonaan xayiraad in lala degsado videos, iyo booqashada goobaha xun xun ee internetka dhexdiisa ah.
