Kalfadhigii 62 aad ee Golaha Guurtida Somaliland ayaa maanta si rasmi ah uga furmay xarunta golaha ee caasimadda maamulka Somaliland ee Hargeysa.

Kulanka Golaha Guurtida ee maanta ayaa ahaa Furitaan waxaa ka soo qeybgalay 57 xildhibaan,  iyadoo uu  shirguddoominayay guddoomiyaha golaha ee Saleebaan Maxamuud Aadan.

Guddoomiye Saleebaan ayaa ka hadlay ajandayaasha ugu waaweyn ee kalfadhiga 62aad horyaallaa inuu yahay muddo kordhinta madaxweyne Siilaanyo iyo Golaha Wakiillada oo xilkoodii uu gabaabsi sii yahay muddo bil ahna u harsan tahay:

“Xilbaa inaga saran abaarta iyo dadkeenna, wixii aad geeysan kareyseen illaa hadda waad geysateen, hadana abaartii waa socotaa, illaa inta Illaahay inaga dulqaadayo waa ineynu u feejignaaneynaa, waxa kale oo abaarta ka sokow ina horyaalla muddooyinkii xilka madaxweynaha iyo golaha wakiillada waa dhamaad, kii degaannaduna waxba kama dambeeyo, toddobaadkana haddii Alle idmo waan idin horkeenaynaa  goluhu xilkiisa wuu ka gudan doonaa”.

Waxa uu ka hadlay Dowladda Federaalka oo uu ugu baaqay iney iska ilaaliyaan wax alaaliyo wixii dhibaato u keenaya Somaliland iyaguna dhankooda ay ka ilaalindoonaan isagoo towfiiq iyo wanaag u rajeeyay dowladda Cusub:

“Soomaaliya dowlad cusub baa ka dhalatay way ina saameynaysaa in ku filan ayaa haysateen haku ekaadeen, anagu dhibaato u geysan meynno iyaga ka aqbali meynno, Illaahayna muwaafaqada hasiiyo, kalfadhigii 62aad waa inoo furan yahay”.

Madaxweynaha Somaliland Axmed Maxamed Siilaanyo, Saddexda xisbi siyaasadeed iyo guddiga doorashooyinka maamulkaas ayaa ku heshiiyay in muddo 7 bilood ah loo kordhiyo madaxweynaha iyo ku xigeenkiisa maadama abaaro xooggan ay jiraan mudadaasina ay tahay tan ugu yar ee lagaga bixi karo.

Si kastaba, Ajandaha ugu weyn ee guurtidu laga sugayo ayaa ah muddo kordhinta Madaxweynaha Axmed Siilaanyo iyo Ku-xigeenkiisa  iyo muddo kordhinta Golaha Wakiillada oo muddo xileedkoodu uga egyahay March 2017.
