Xisbiga Waddani ” Duruufta Jirtaa Maaha Mid Doorasho Suurtogelineysa”

Hoggaamiyaha xisbiga mucaaradka ah ee Waddani Xirsi Xaaji Aadan ayaa sheegay in duruufta abaaraha ee ka jira Somaliland aaney ahayn mid suurogelinaysa in doorasho ka dhacdo maamulkaas.

Xirsi oo hadalkan ka jeediyay xaflad lagu soo bandhigayay barnaamijka siyaasadeed ee xisbiga Waddani oo habeennimadii xalay ka dhacday magaalada Hargeysa ayaa ka hadlay in himillada xisbigu yahay mid dadka dhisaysa isla markaana xaaladda hadda lagu jiraa tahay mid dadku u baahan yahay gurmad ee aan loo baahneyn xilliga in doorasho la aado.

Hoggaamiye Xirsi hadalladiisii waxaa ka mid ah :

“Xisbiga himilladiisa koowaad waa inuu dhiso dalkaan, waa inuu dadka dhiso, waana inuu diinta dhiso, barnaamijka ka tarjumaya himillooyinka noocaas ah halkan ayuu ku qoran yahay oo waad dareemi doontaan buuggan, odhan meynno sidii Kulmiye abaari ma jirteen abaar baa jirta, duruuf adag baa jirta mid u baahan in la tixgeliyo baa jirta, mid doorasho aan suurtogelinaynin morally ayaa jirta, damiir ahaan inaad dad bakhtiyaya tiraahdo ii codeeya oo iska bakhtiya, damiirkaasi annaga naguma yaallo, waxaan leenahay waxa ugu mudan in dadka la badbaadiyo“.  

Maalmihii la soo dhaafay ayaa waxaa Somaliland ka jiray tashiyo kala duwan u dhexeeya xisbiyada siyaasadda iyo guddiga doorashooyinka maamulkaas, iyadoo wadahadalladaas looga arin sanayay suurtogelnimada dooshooyinka iney ku dhacaan xilligoodii iyo xaaladda abaarta ah oo marayay meel halis ah oo dadku u baahan yahay in loo gurmado.

Labada  xisbi ee mucaaradka ah ee Waddani iyo Ucid ayaa sheegay in xaaladda abaarta ah awgeed aaney suurogal ahayn in doorasho ku dhacdo xilligeedii talo qaranna la iskugu yimaaddo, halka xisbiga talada haya ee Kulmiye uu sheegayo in guddiga doorashooyinka loo daayo go’aanka ay ka qaataanna la eego doorashooyinka, doorashada Somalialnd ayaa loo ballansanaa iney dhacdo 28, March, 2017.
